You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and/or sales tax or other levies which are to be paid before you may receive your goods.
Your Wellicious product will be dispatched from the EU. After Brexit, if your order costs less than £135 (value without VAT or shipping costs, so a product with RRP of £160 or less), you will not have to pay any extra taxes. Customs duties may occur after the £135 threshold has been surpassed.
For orders over £135(*), an invoice not including taxes will be issued. Please note, you may be required to pay import taxes.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order.
Items may be returned not later than 14 days from the day on which you received them. The customer is required to cover the immediate costs for sending back a return package. Sale items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. After that, we will give you a store credit or exchange.
Regrettably, we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you are able to provide us with proof of delivery (for example, a signature of receipt). When you send back your return package, please make sure to send item with "signature required" or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured shipping service similar to the sort we use to send the products to you.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty or we get your order wrong, you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you have to notify Precious Wellbeing Ltd clearly about your decision to withdraw from the contract via post, fax or e-mail. However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired.
